You will leverage your expertise in Go development and deep understanding of Kubernetes to spearhead and advocate for features within our framework. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the community, track releases, assess their impact on our value-added features, and lead efforts to continuously prioritize contribution and advancement within the open source community.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain features within our open source Kubernetes optimization framework using Go programming language.Track community releases and assess their impact on our value-added features, providing insights and recommendations to the team.Continuously prioritize contribution and advancement of the open source community, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to address them.Deeply understand and periodically contribute to the development of our value-added product, ensuring alignment with community-driven efforts.Lead community events, workshops, and meetups to engage with the Kubernetes community, share knowledge, and gather feedback.Write blog posts, technical articles, and documentation to evangelize our framework and showcase its capabilities to the broader community.QualificationsProven 5+ years of experience as a Go developer with a strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and concepts.Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including experience with deployment, management, and optimization.Demonstrated track record of contributing to open source projects and engaging with the community.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.Self-motivated team player with a passion for open source and community-driven development.Experience with writing blog posts, presenting at conferences, or organizing community events is a plus.
