Job - NodeBB Developer - Part-Time Remote

Part-time skilled NodeBB Developer to join the company and assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of the NodeBB-based community platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Node.js development, experience with frontend technologies, and a passion for building engaging online communities.

Qualifications:Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and the NodeBB frameworkExperience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Familiarity with database technologies Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)Excellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain NodeBB-based web applications and forumsIntegrate NodeBB with third-party services and APIsOptimize NodeBB performance, scalability, and securityDevelop and implement custom plugins and themes for NodeBBCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managersParticipate in code reviews and ensure code qualityStay up-to-date with the latest NodeBB releases, updates, and best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to NodeBB applicationsDocument code, processes, and technical specificationsProvide technical support and guidance to other team membersParticipate in the NodeBB community by contributing to open-source projects and forums

Note: This position requires focused attention and it is not permissible to have concurrent jobs at the same work time or childcare responsibilities during work hours.
