Web3 Frontend Developer

We seek a senior front-end developer with a strong passion for web3 technology and a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem. In this position, you will be pivotal in leading our project to develop and launch our new app.You will collaborate closely with a diverse team, spanning smart contract development, backend expertise, and other disciplines, all driven by the shared goal of creating groundbreaking products and protocols that reshape the industry.This is a full-time role, and we are fully remote.Responsibilities:As a Web3 Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our protocol. Your responsibilities will include:Frontend Development: Led the development of user interfaces and web3 applications to interact with the protocol.Web3 Integration: Collaborate with the backend and smart contract development teams to seamlessly integrate web3 technologies into our platform.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including smart contract developers, backend developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment on project goals.Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for security and compliance standards within the front-end development process.Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Proven Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, focusing on web3 technologies.Web3 Expertise: A deep understanding of blockchain technology, web3, and the principles of decentralized applications (dApps).UI/UX Proficiency: Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate design concepts into functional web interfaces.Tech Stack: Familiarity with web3 development frameworks, libraries, and tools such as React, React Native, Expo, Wagmi + Viem, Next.js, SentryExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Passion for Web3: A genuine passion for the web3 ecosystem and a desire to contribute to the future of decentralized finance.Nice to Have:While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:Math or Computer Science Degree: A degree in math or computer science.Solidity Experience: Experience implementing complex math in Solidity.Startup Enthusiasm: A love for startup culture and the drive to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
