Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Engineer to focus on integrating legacy source systems into Bottomline DBIQ for enhanced treasury cash management solutions. You will utilize the MuleSoft API platform to develop robust and scalable APIs, as well as integration solutions with partners. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining microservices using Java, SpringBoot, and Kubernetes, whether hosted on-premises or on GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:Design and implement APIs and integration solutions using the MuleSoft API platform.Develop and maintain microservices architecture using Java, MuleSoft, SpringBoot, and Kubernetes.Create System, Process, and Experience APIs adhering to MuleSoft architecture best practices.Demonstrate expertise in database design and query tuning for PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, or similar DBMS technologies.Implement serverless architecture and utilize messaging systems on GCP or AWS cloud platforms to enhance scalability and performance.Utilize modern CI/CD automation tools such as GitLab or Circle CI and track work items using JIRA.Write comprehensive automated test suites (unit tests, component tests) to ensure system robustness and reliability.Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in payments, banking, and financial services to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Basic Qualifications:Proven experience in building APIs and partner integrations using the MuleSoft API platform.Deep understanding of database design, query optimization, and experience with various DBMS technologies.Familiarity with serverless architectures and messaging systems on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).Proficiency with modern CI/CD automation tools such as GitLab or Circle CI.Experience in writing automated test suites for software validation.Knowledge and experience in the payments, banking, or financial services sectors.Experience with SpringBoot framework for building enterprise-level applications (Nice to have).
