We are looking for a Senior Python Web Developer to join our remote team, working on the development of database-driven web applications and high-performance application systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for building complex Python applications, developing RESTful APIs, and deploying to high-reliability production environments. You should also have a strong understanding of RDBMS databases, especially PostgreSQL, and experience with using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Git.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex Python applicationsDeploy applications to high-reliability production environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirementsWrite clean, maintainable, and reusable codeParticipate in code reviews and testingWork with UX designers to ensure application design meets user needsStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience developing database-driven web applications and high-performance application systems using PythonKnowledge of CeleryStrong skills in RDBMS databases, especially PostgreSQLExcellent development skills in complex Python applicationsExperience using and building RESTful APIs, Flask-RESTful, and JSONExperience deploying to high-reliability production environmentsExperience using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GitStrong object-oriented programming and application design skillsUpper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have

Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI 3.0Knowledge of continuous integration, testing methodologies, TDD and agile development methodologiesExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React/ReduxFamiliarity with UX design principles
