Responsibilities:Effort estimation, design and implementation of minor application changes requested by the customer,Collaborate within project teams on the implementation of major changes, technical upgrades, and new releases,Delivery of 3rd level of applications support, troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively,Develop and maintain software documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information,Create, maintain, and deploy support procedures within the team to enhance work quality and efficiency,Development and deploy automation scripts, streamlining repetitive tasks,Act as the subject matter expert in selected applications and solutions, being the team's go-to expert in these areas.
Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or support roles, particularly in Marketing module,Solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform architecture and its various components: entities, forms, workflows, plugins, customizations, solutions, and security models.Thorough knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Marketing module,Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365,Experience in creating workflows to automate business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365,Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and JavaScript for customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365,Knowledge of SQL enabling to perform data queries, create custom reporting, implement integrations and customizations,Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS,Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new concepts, technologies, business functionalities and to actively broaden the skillset. This is absolutely a crucial ability and success factor for this role,Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels,Very good command of written and spoken English.
