Salesforce Developer

Job descriptionAs a Salesforce/HubSpot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce and HubSpot platforms as well.You will play a key role in optimizing and expanding our CRM and marketing automation capabilities to support the company's overall business objectives.This position requires a deep understanding of both Salesforce and HubSpot functionalities, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.You would work closely with the CRM project manager and the rest of the Revenue Operations team.

Responsibilities:

Custom Development:Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies.Create and optimize workflows, process builder flows, and automation rules in HubSpot.

Integration:Integrate Salesforce and HubSpot with other business systems and applications.Develop and maintain data integration processes using tools like MuleSoft or built-in platform features.

System Configuration:Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.Administer HubSpot portal settings, workflows, and email marketing campaigns.

Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.Work closely with stakeholders to provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce and HubSpot best practices.

Documentation:Document technical designs, system configurations, and code to ensure maintainability and scalability.Provide training and documentation for administrators.

Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing timely support to end-users.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration technologies.Solid understanding of HubSpot configuration, workflows, and marketing automation.Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Ideally also having some experience in Python 3.9 , Node.js 16.x.

Certifications:Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required.HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Experience:Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and HubSpot development.Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining CRM and marketing automation solutions.

Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and dynamic work culture.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Training in Python 3.9 , Node.js 16.x , Javascript, Apex (Preferred, not must have).
