Job Details:Responsibilities: 1. Analyze, reverse engineer, and document existing QlikView dashboard functionalities. 2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, how they are currently addressed by the legacy dashboards, and identify gaps in functionality in comparison to our more modern dashboards in Tableau / Power BI 3. Identify and address production issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption for end-users. 4. Maintain scripts and applications that support the functionality of the QlikView dashboards. 5. Contribute to the development of a migration strategy from legacy dashboards to Power BI/Tableau platforms by providing input on best practices. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and tools relevant for data analytics and visualization. 7. Assist in training other team members and end users as needed during the transition period from QlikView to Power BI/Tableau platforms. 8. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement. 9. Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, and Quality Assurance specialists to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. 10. Write ADR (Architecture Decision Records) as needed when architectural decisions are made during the migration process.
