.Net, C#, C++ API Developer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET, C#, C++ API Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing APIs for healthcare portals, with a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions. This role demands excellent communication skills, both oral and presentation, as the developer will frequently interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain APIs using .NET, C#, and C++ programming languages.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for healthcare portal applications.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in existing applications.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.Prepare and maintain code documentation.Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven work experience (3+ years) as a .NET, C#, C++ developer with specific experience in healthcare portal API development.Strong understanding of the .NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)).Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Strong oral and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements related to healthcare information.
