We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our remote team.

The role will involve detailed design, creation, and maintenance of complex web/mobile applications within a dynamic agile environment. The ideal candidate will be an effective problem solver and have a high proficiency in applying efficient solutions to meet our digital goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

High-quality software applications creation using .NET technologiesActive collaboration with diverse teams for the formulation, design, and execution of new features and enhancementsLeadership and guidance for a developer team, enforcing adherence to best practices and standardsInvolvement in code reviews, software testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality and maintainabilityActive participation in agile activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesClose collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to comprehend business requirementsContinual knowledge expansion on current software development trends and technologies

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in .NET technologies for web and desktop application developmentAt least 1 year of team leadership experienceHigh expertise level in C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and SQLPractical experience with AngularFamiliarity with Azure DevOpsComprehensive understanding of software design patterns and principles, SOLID principles, and best practices for software developmentExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex issuesIn-depth knowledge of Agile methodologiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with English B2+ proficiencyA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

Nice to have

Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS or Google Cloud PlatformExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesKnowledge of front-end technologies such as React or Vue.js
