Please share the resume at ganesh.g@itechus.net Position: Sr Solidity /Ethereum Developer Location: Chicago, IL (Remote) Duration: 12 months Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Solidity Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge blockchain solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing smart contracts on Ethereum-based platforms, as well as mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall success of the team. This position is best suited for someone with experience in Ethereum-based token development (ERC20/ERC1400), dAPP architecture, and/or blockchain exchange systems. Ideally, we’re seeking someone with the ambition to lead projects and pioneer the adoption of new technologies. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy secure, efficient, and scalable smart contracts on Ethereum-based platforms.Lead and mentor junior developers in best practices for Solidity programming and smart contract development.Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of smart contracts with frontend and backend components.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.Stay up to date with the latest trends in blockchain technology and contribute to the strategic direction of the team.SkillsExpertise in Solidity programming and a deep understanding of Ethereum, smart contracts, and blockchain technology.Experience with development tools like Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix and testing frameworks like Mocha or Chai.Strong programming skills in other languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or Go.Knowledge of ERC20, ERC721, ERC1400 and other protocolsUnderstanding of Smart Contracts and consensus techniques and cryptographyExpertise in developing solutions leveraging cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)Experience with Ethereum SDK's and web3js/web3j LibrariesProficiency with version control systems like Git and collaborative development tools like GitHub or GitLab.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Required Education: At least a bachelor’s degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
