The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing ServiceNow applications development and solutions that meet both current and anticipated requirements.Required Qualifications1. Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions2. Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.3. Experience with REST API, Plugins, Spokes4. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, and situational awareness5. Experience with SDLC processes implementing in a variety of project methodologies: waterfall, iterative, SAFe, Agile/Scrum6. 5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform7. ServiceNow certifications(CSA, Implementation)
Responsibilities:1.Expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management(SPM), Application Portfolio Management(APM) development2.Development and Implementation experience with SPM and APM capabilitiesIntegration of SPM with Financial Management system3.Define, create, and manage the Discovery infrastructure, including schedules, credentials, and mid-servers4.Experience creating / updating ServiceNow Discovery IP ranges and schedules5.Define technical solutions for architecture and design that are aligned with clients’ business problems and ServiceNow implementation best practices6.Collaborate with Business Functional team members to write/estimate stories.7.Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow Platform8.Experience with platform upgrades and patches.9.Experience in building ServiceNow integration using REST API, Spokes10.Can handle sprint demos, delivery of additional development artifacts and documentation, and knowledge transfer activities as required11.Provide mentorship to developers and platform engineers on technical design standards and best practices12.Assist in identifying and implementing key business KPI metrics13.Develop, document, implement, and maintain ServiceNow governance processes, procedures, and policies14.Create and maintain design, SOP, training related documentation15.Design, develop, and deploy new ServiceNow functionalities16.Identify, investigate and resolve ServiceNow issues17.Design and deploy ServiceNow Integrations
