Oracle EBS Developer

cBEYONData is seeking a talented Oracle EBS Developer to develop and maintain RICE-FW object in Oracle Federal Financials 12.2.9 for one of our DoD clients.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for both functional SDLC tasks and technical development work in PL/SQL and Java working in an Oracle EBS or custom application environment. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, end-user training, and documentation.Provide expertise to analyze, troubleshoot and recommend break fix solutions and improvementsBroad experience with Oracle Federal Financials applications including General Ledger, Federal Administrator, Purchasing, iProcurement, Projects, OBIEE across Procure to Pay (P2P) Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA), Budget to Report (B2R) business process areasReview and understand business requirements, recommend solutions to complete customizations or configurations to the applicationTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsWork with business to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testingAdvise management on roadmap for Application enhancements, identification, implementation of new, advanced functionalities and new modulesOpportunity to learn and work on new initiatives using RPA and G-invoicing

Requirements:

Strong PL/SQL skills and experience, including creating and maintaining PL/SQL stored procedures and functions within packages, triggers, and libraries; translating business rules into PL/SQL objects and extracting business rules from analysis of existing PL/SQL; developing and tuning complex PL/SQL packages, including those that run as automated scheduled jobsSoftware development experience using Oracle Application Framework (OAF)Familiarity with SOA, portal, J2EE, and Microsoft technologiesOracle E-Business suite expertise in accounting, inventory order management and manufacturing modules, including development of personalization and custom reportsExperience supporting front-end development teams in an Oracle 12, OBIEE and custom application environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholdersExperience with functional requirements, design, test, training, deployment support, and production supportKnowledgeable in software quality and development best practicesUnderstanding of software development team management support tools such as JIRA
