Job Role : ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow Legal Services Delivery + HRSD)Job Location : RemotePay Rate : $55/hr to 60$/hr (Open for W2/1099/C2C) We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the dual role of ServiceNow Legal Services Delivery and ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer. This position requires a deep understanding of both legal service delivery processes and HR service delivery processes, as well as expertise in developing and customizing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, analytical abilities, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.2. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with specific expertise in Legal Services Delivery and HR Service Delivery modules.3. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.4. Strong understanding of legal service delivery processes, including contract management, compliance, and legal request management.5. Familiarity with HR service delivery processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and self-service portals.6. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.8. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.9. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with legal stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points in legal service delivery processes.2. Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to automate and streamline legal service delivery workflows.3. Customize ServiceNow applications to meet the unique needs of legal services, including contract management, legal request management, and compliance processes.4. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow legal service delivery applications, including monitoring system health and addressing user inquiries or issues.6. Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement within HR service delivery.7. Develop and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including case management, employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR self-service portals.8. Customize ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and interfaces to align with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.9. Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications as needed to create seamless end-to-end processes.10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to ServiceNow HRSD based on evolving business needs and requirements.
