Position OverviewWe're on the lookout for a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing our AI-powered recruitment platform. Your work will directly contribute to creating user-friendly, scalable solutions that help organizations identify the best talent. As a Python Developer at Interviewed AI, you will collaborate with a team of talented professionals to drive innovation and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain various components of our SaaS platform using Python.Work closely with our data science team to integrate machine learning models into the platform.Implement backend services with high reliability and scalability in mind.Participate in code reviews, contributing to maintaining high code quality and best practices.Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and user experience.Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

Technical RequirementsStrong proficiency in Python and experience with its major frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) is a plus.Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development.Proven track record of developing scalable, high-availability applications.Experience in the SaaS or technology sector, particularly with AI or machine learning applications, is a plus.

Working HoursThis is a full-time position requiring a commitment to a standard schedule, with options for either 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM working hours.
