Flutter Developer (Remote)

We are hiring a Flutter Developer to join an established team of 6 Flutter mobile app developers for our Fortune 20 client, the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer. As a Flutter Developer, you will play a crucial role in building out new features and enhancing their widely used scheduling app. This Flutter application allows hourly in-store employees more flexibility in managing their work shifts, such as picking up extra shifts or dropping existing ones. This is a highly visible product used by approximately 475,000 store associates in each of their 2,300+ stores across North America.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with other Flutter developers to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for cloud-based workforce management tools.Work through the entire product lifecycle, from design to production, on the front and backend within an Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD) environment.Frontend development using Flutter and Dart with Golang on the backend.Contribute towards the company’s culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:2-4 years of mobile development experience.At least 1 year of Flutter app development.Dart programming fundamentals.Experience with Golang and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) would be a plus but not required.Familiarity with modern development practices in an Agile environment.Experience developing a product through the entire development lifecycle and into production.
