Senior Frontend Developer

Responsibilities: Architect and develop the frontend of our SaaS application using React.js and Next.js, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Implement advanced features that manage large videos and documents, integrating seamlessly with backend services. Optimize the application for a global audience, focusing on load times and cross-browser compatibility for large videos and documents.Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure functionality and performance. Guide the integration of payment gateways, ensuring secure and reliable transaction processes. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, translating designs from Figma into functional user interfaces with meticulous attention to detail. Utilize Git, GCP DevOps, Visual Studio, and Jira to maintain a high-quality development lifecycle. Lead, mentor, and expand the frontend development team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Front-end development experience, with a focus on React. Demonstrated expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.JS creating responsive and accessible web applications. Strong portfolio showcasing complex applications developed using React specifically Next.js. Strong command of HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap 5, and Tailwind CSS, with a deep understanding of responsive design. Experience with REST APIs. Solid experience with JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax Strong understanding with hooks(useState, useEffect, useContext, useReducer, useCallback, useMemo, useRef) and can build custom hooks Proficiency with Git, GCP DevOps, Visual Studio, and Jira. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing a dynamic development team. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience working with design tools like Figma. Experience with writing unit and end-to-end tests for UI components and interfaces, experience with cypress for end to end testing would be preferred but not necessary.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have): Experience in AI or machine learning projects. Contributions to the open-source community or active engagement in tech forums. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban can facilitate effective collaboration and project management within the development team.
