Your Role:As an AI Developer at Hire AI, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing AI models and systems that drive innovation and strategic advantage. Your work will involve developing algorithms, crafting machine learning models, and integrating AI into applications that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy AI-based applications and solutions.Implement machine learning algorithms and data processing techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver AI-driven solutions.Stay abreast of developments in AI research to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into our projects.Optimize existing AI systems for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.Document and maintain project codebase and development processes.

Technical Requirements:Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI and machine learning development.Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and libraries.Solid understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and applications.Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or neural networks is highly desirable.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI capabilities.Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

Experience:3+ years of professional experience in AI development or a related field.Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain AI and machine learning solutions.Proven track record of successful AI project implementation.
