Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer at La Confianza - Salesforce Consulting Partner. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Salesforce development, customization, and integration. This includes designing and implementing solutions, debugging and resolving issues, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

QualificationsExpertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integrationProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Lightning Web ComponentsExperience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutionsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
