RPA Developer (Blueprism)

Roles and Responsibilities:Develops and configures automation processes as per the solution design document (SDD) to meet the defined requirements.Approaches development from a modular point of view, ensuring reusability and ease of maintenanceConfigure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and hardened automationPerform testing of the solution in accordance with standardized test practicesSupport teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phasesWork within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control processMaintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices and standard operating proceduresAn IT or Business Degree2+ years of professional services experience preferably on automation and/or integration projectsUnderstands software development methodology, configuration management and lifecycleMust have experience in Blue Prism1-2 years of experience with one or more of the following is required:Business process automationProfessional servicesRobotic process automationShared services, back office or financial work processesExperience in Blue Prism along with one or more of the following is required:Cognitive software toolsC# and/or Java, html, cssMicrosoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc.)Certification in Blue Prism is Mandatory (AD01)
