Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Perform as a technical leader or Lead Software Engineer for derivative softwareproject2. Take full responsibility for product development and drive the product until the end.3. Design software solution by analyzing problem definition. Develops moderatelycomplex software using python/java if necessary shell script, or other selectedlanguages, for products and/or applications consistently following Organization'scoding standards and in accordance with applicable software developmentmethodology and release processes application database design4. Utilizes software engineering tools such as configuration management systems,build processes, and debuggers in the software development process.5. Creates and executes designs for small sets of new functionality as part of a softwareproject6. Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providingcomments and suggestions7. Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem-solvingtechniques8. Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for givenproblems9. Serve as a mentor to less experienced software engineers10. Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities indeveloping solutions in a timely fashion.11. Review product and/or application information including manuals and brochuresfor technical accuracy.12. Participate in product and/or application definition activities including featureanalysis and system tradeoffs.

Requirements1. 5-6 years of relevant work experience2. BS or higher degree in Computer Science or relevant fields
