Job Title: MERN / Next JS DeveloperCompany: PrismagridCompensation Range: USD400 - USD500/month

Description:As a MERN Developer at Prismagrid, you'll lead the creation of robust platforms using cutting-edge technologies. Your role spans the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance. Responsibilities include crafting clean, efficient code for front-end and back-end functionalities, ensuring seamless system integration, and enhancing user experience. Emphasis is on code reusability, maintainability, and optimizing designs for mobile devices. Conducting rigorous UI testing to fine-tune performance and stability is also vital. Your contributions directly impact product reliability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:Detect and troubleshoot software issues.Write clear quality code for software and applications and perform test reviews.Develop, implement, and test APIs.Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum 2 plus years of experience with MERN / Next JS Full stack paradigm.Design and build applications/systems based on wireframes and product requirements documents.Work on back-end & front-end development of core scripts using NodeJS.MongoDB/MySql/React.js/Next.js/Express Redux /Redux Took Kit / Socket IO.Writing bug-free and maintainable code.Bringing new ideas and energy to the team.Communicating with the team lead and clients to understand the requirements.Planning sprints for the assigned project and delivering them on time.Making sure the project is properly documented.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2 years of professional proven experience in MERN development.Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, React, Next js,CSS, tailwind, JavaScript.Knowledge of relational non-relational databases (e.g., MySql, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Mongoose, Sequelize, Prisma).Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and software architecture.Experience with version control systems, such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
