Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior .Net, C# Cloud, Azure OpenAI, Amadeus GDS API Backend Developer at Preeminent Technologies Inc. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud-based online travel applications using .Net, C#, Azure, and the Amadeus GDS API. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and secure solutions. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in the travel domain, and possess the technical skills necessary to integrate various APIs and technologies seamlessly.

QualificationsDesign, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using .NET, C#, and Azure technologies.Integrate Amadeus GDS API and other third-party APIs to retrieve and manage travel-related data.Implement AI-driven features and functionalities using OpenAI and other relevant technologies to enhance user experience.Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.Optimize backend systems for scalability, performance, and security.Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practicesExperience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and serverless computingProficiency in database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQLKnowledge of version control systems, such as GitExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development.Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Azure cloud services.Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS API integration and travel-related technologies.Familiarity with OpenAI or other AI/machine learning frameworks.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Experience working in Agile development environments.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Prior experience in the travel domain is highly desirable.
