This role involves the development, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow HRSD modifications. The ideal candidate will work in close coordination with customers, business analysts, process consultants, and team members to comprehend business needs. This understanding informs the analysis and crafting of high-quality technical solutions that align with both business objectives and IT strategies. Within an agile operational framework, this position encourages collaboration across various teams, requiring excellent communication skills with both team members and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:Foundation: Career-level proficiency in technical principles, with at least 7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.ServiceNow HRSD Experience: Minimum of 3 years; or 5+ years with any ServiceNow module.Agile Teamwork: At least 3 years experience in agile environments, including user story estimation.Technical Solution Design: 5+ years' experience in crafting technical documentation.Leadership: Minimum of 2 years leading technical or development teams.Work Hours: Must be available to work from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, regardless of home location.
Preferred Skills:ServiceNow Administration: At least 2 years of experience.ServiceNow Integrations: Proficiency in building ServiceNow integrations using SOAP/REST, with at least 2 years of experience.Enterprise Design Thinking: Minimum of 2 years' experience.
Certifications:Preferred: Agile certification, ideally with SAFe.Required: ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
