Roles & Responsibilities:About the Role:We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience primarily in React. The ideal candidate should not only excel in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code but also demonstrate a strong commitment to working with the team to ensure the overall codebase's quality, scalability, and robustness. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team to uphold these standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React while adhering to best practices and coding standardsGuide and mentor team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and the delivery of high-quality codeCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiencesArchitect and implement solutions that are scalable, efficient, and reliableConduct code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainabilityEmphasize and enforce an attention to detail approach in frontend development including ensuring user interface consistencyIdentify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalabilityContribute to the improvement of development processes and tools to enhance team productivityStay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges

This Role Requires:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)4-5 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on ReactProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologiesExperience with state management libraries/frameworks such as Redux, Flux, or Context APISolid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handlingDemonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient codeExperience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing LibraryStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issuesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
