RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere)

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere, specifically inmigrating from version 11 to A360. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading themigration process, optimizing existing automation workflows, and collaborating with cross-functionalteams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Responsibilities:• Lead the migration process from Automation Anywhere version 11 to A360, ensuring smoothtransition and minimal disruption to operations.• Analyze existing automation workflows and identify opportunities for optimization andenhancement.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope andobjectives.• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, adhering to bestpractices and industry standards.• Conduct testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, andreliability.• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users as needed.• Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies, tools, and trends, and recommend innovativesolutions to enhance automation capabilities.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• 5 + years of experience as an RPA Developer, with proven expertise in Automation Anywhere.• Experience in migrating from Automation Anywhere version 11 to A360 (Must have)• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, principles, and best practices.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work in cross-functional teams.
