Responsibilities:Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet the specific needs of our clients.Collaborate with the design and digital marketing teams to implement responsive and visually appealing websites.Perform website updates, maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal site performance.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, WordPress updates, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers when necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party applications and tools seamlessly.Optimize website performance and implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings.Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the overall user experience.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in WordPress development.Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks.In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, best practices, and coding standards.Familiarity with SEO best practices and integration.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
