Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Unity 3D programmer with experience and expertise in Unity 3D, C#, and C++ development processes.

Responsibilities:Create, debug, maintain, and optimize the game's engine, editor, and related tools used for the development of the game.Offer technical solutions, innovate, and improve the quality of implementation, performance, and usability of the editor, tools, and toolchain as a whole implement new game features and services in close partnership with the content team of the projectImprove existing game features based on design requestsBe involved with the rapid prototyping of new gameplay featuresDevelop the client-side components for highly scalable multiplayer games Wite technical design documents, for milestones and internal use.Provide guidance/mentorship to other developers on the teamWork with project management to plan task scheduling/resource assignment/risk evaluation.

Qualification5+ years of professional experience in game development, of which one project has already served Master, Bachelor, or equivalent in computer science or engineering (desirable)Strong programming skills in C#, C++Strong experience with Unity 3D.Experience in working on a virtual reality game projects is a big plusExperience in developing Unity plugins is a big plusProficient in refactoring and optimizing existing systemsExcellent debugging and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of multi-threaded principlesAbility to work efficiently with a large, existing code baseKnowledge of low-level system architectureKnowledge of low-level system architectureKnowledge of software development environments and associated tools. (i.e. Visual Studio, Perforce, JIRA)Strong reporting and documentation skillsFluent in English, both verbally and writtenExcellent communication skills and a positive attitude
