Senior Frontend Developer

What you'll do:

Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React.Work hand-in-hand with our design team and UX researcher, translating user interactions and design ideas into compelling application features.Utilize Figma to create and iterate on designs in real-time, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all web experiences.Conduct thorough user experience testing to identify and rectify any issues affecting the functionality or visual integrity of applications.Dive into analytics to understand user behavior and usage patterns, leveraging this data to propose new approaches for delivering a delightful user experience.Stay informed on advancements in front-end technologies and techniques to foster continuous improvement of our applications.Actively collaborate with the founding team to align product design with strategic visions.

Background we're looking for:

5+ years of experience building web applications as a Front End Engineer, ideally within a tech startup environment.Demonstrated proficiency in React, showcased through a robust portfolio of front-end development work.A deep understanding of web design principles, evidenced by a history of developing intuitive and visually attractive user interfaces.Experience with Figma or similar design tools, with the ability to rapidly prototype designs and refine them based on team input.A knack for responsive design, ensuring applications perform flawlessly across various devices and browsers.An analytical mindset keen on delving into user data to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.Strong communication abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.

Experience we’d be particularly excited about:

A background in graphic design or a related field.Proficiency in user testing and a comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles.Active contributions to open-source projects or the front-end development community.
