The role:

Lead the technical evolution of our MVP AI-driven platform for automating operational and financial workflows in hospitals.Work closely with the founders and Product contractor.Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture design to implementation and testing.Be open to eventually mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology to continuously improve our platform.

You must have

Proven experience as an early full-stack software engineer hire at venture-backed B2B startupStrong proficiency Python, JavaScript/TypescriptProfeciency in VueJsExperience with PaaS such as Heroku and RenderDeep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPassion for improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
