Our client, a prominent banking institution, is currently seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Developer to lead, design, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This contract position requires direct collaboration with business systems analysts and the business unit to refine project scopes and requirements. As the primary developer, you will be responsible for implementing the agreed-upon solutions, playing a critical role in enhancing our customer service capabilities.Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and objectives. - Work closely with business systems analysts and business units to refine project scopes and requirements. - Serve as the primary developer for agreed-upon solutions, ensuring timely and effective implementation. - Utilize Webservices (REST and SOAP) to build and support ServiceNow integrations. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and effectively integrated with other business systems. - Provide technical leadership and guidance in the ServiceNow CSM domain, sharing best practices and insights with the team.Required Skills: - Minimum of 6 years of experience with ServiceNow development, specifically with a focus on CSM. - Certification in ServiceNow CSM is required. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Webservices (REST and SOAP), with the ability to build and support ServiceNow Integrations. - Proven ability to lead, design, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Why Join Us: - Opportunity to work with a leading banking institution and make a significant impact on their customer service management capabilities. - Collaborative and innovative working environment. - Competitive contract terms and the possibility of long-term engagement based on performance.
