Duties and Responsibilities:

As Senior Full-Stack Developer you will be responsible for:

Leading on the design and implementation of all development required for the organisationDeveloping and maintaining front-end and back-end website architecturesDatabase design and maintenance for the organisationWorking alongside digital designers for UI and UX featuresSeeing through a project from conception to finished productIntegrating 3rd party APIs into web applicationsStaying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languagesSetting up hosting and domain environments when necessaryManaging a mid-weight developerAny other related tasks within the project that may be necessary

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer / equivalent in both front-end and back-endAt least 2 years of experience in People ManagementWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable codeExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to quickly adapt to changing requirements in an agile environmentGrowth Hacking experience is a mustWeb performance optimisation (ability to improve website speeds and increase ‘Google PageSpeed Insight’ scores)Native English speaker or proficiency in English as a foreign language of at least C1PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, MYSQL databasesDeveloping in a WordPress environment (or willingness to learn quickly)
