Middle/Senior Java developer (Pre-Sale)

On behalf of our future client, ETEAM is looking for a Middle/Senior Java developer on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, technical specifications, and architectureMentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and developmentConduct code reviews, performance analysis, and debugging to ensure code quality, scalability, and performanceResearch and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to drive innovation and improve development processesArchitect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to support business requirementsWork closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsParticipate in technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making processes to drive technical excellence and innovation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3+/5+ years of experience as a Java Developer or similar leadership roleExpertise in Java programming language, including advanced topics such as multithreading, concurrency, and memory managementStrong understanding of Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, JPA, and JUnitExperience with database technologies such as SQL and proficiency in writing complex SQL queriesFamiliarity with cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plusExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlinesUpper-intermediate written and spoken English
