Senior Python Developer in Fintech

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to:

🧑‍💻 Champion high-velocity engineering,🧑‍💻 Learn directly from our clients with 15 years of Wall Street experience,🧑‍💻 Build a product that changes the game on Wall Street.

We are building a financial platform that researches and runs systematic trading strategies for several quantitative analysts.

As a Senior Python Software Engineer, you will work directly with the client's portfolio managers, building tools to assist them in analyzing the data collected from external sources. One of your first projects will relate to Mergers and Acquisitions data.

💪 Team: 15+ people divided into independent sub-teams.

⚙ Project’s Stack Frontend: Typescript, Material UI, ReactJS, Jest, CypressBackend (Microservices): Kotlin, Python, Micronaut, Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Pandas/NumPy, Dagster, Boto3, Jupyter, Gradle, Poetry, Spock Framework (Groovy), Gatling, Pytest, Locust Databases: AWS DynamoDB, PostgreSQL Infrastructure/pipelines: AWS, Terraform, Terraspace, GitHub Actions

💻 Responsibilities Design and implement engineering solutions to deliver business outcomes, Elicit requirements via direct communication with the client, Present solutions at demo meetings.

📑 Requirements 4+ years of experience in software engineering using Python,Knowledge and experience in the FinTech domain, specifically equities, backtesting, and financial simulationsAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of English, Ability to collaborate with clients to define requirements, Experience working with IAM, AWS Networking, Compute (e.g. EC2, ECS), Storages (S3, RDS),
