Our Tech Stack:We are building complex technical products; therefore, experience or at least familiarity with the following stack is a significant advantage, you will eventually touch all of it.Most of our services are written in Ruby on Rails with front end being written on React Native.We use PostgreSQL as our database of choice and our teams are really good at it. For request and data caching layer we utilize Redis.Everything we run is hosted in Heroku for optimized data access and easy scalability.We use GitHub and GitHub actions to host our repositories and run various pipelines.

You have a strong interest in leveraging AI and cutting-edge methodologies to drive efficiency and precision in your work. A strong commitment to the organization's growth and the advancement of its internal ventures is critical. You must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, allocating time for acquiring new skills and obtaining certifications to validate your expertise and experience.

Successful candidates typically possess:5+ years experience delivering software applications in a production environment.Proficiency in development languages like C# / Java / Ruby, etc. is required. Experience in Ruby is strongly preferred.Proficiency in querying, building and tuning relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, etc. Experience with Postgres is strongly preferred.Familiarity with web application development using modern frameworks is preferred. Experience delivering mobile applications is a plus.Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum and/or Kanban) and collaborating with a diverse group of teammates and stakeholders is required.Proven ability to build and deploy commercially successful technology solutions is requiredAdaptable, curious, and a skilled problem-solver. You embrace the unknown and can adapt to shifts in priorities.
