Senior Frontend Developer

Position description 🐝You will be working on a Portfolio Management System that brings connectivity to all major crypto Exchanges, Custody, and Blockchains in order to aggregate all assets/tokens held into multiple venues. We aim to support multiple asset classes (spot, derivatives, and to connect with the main DeFi protocols).The mission is to be the leading data infrastructure and solutions provider for all financial institutions to benefit from the Digital Asset economy.The vision is to create an all-in-one platform for Institutions and to allow crypto fund managers to achieve operational efficiency.We’re creating tomorrow’s digital asset management platform today, combining advanced portfolio management, portfolio construction, risk management, and client reporting capabilities with fully-integrated on-chain and off-chain data, insights & analytics to support the needs of Investment Managers in winning and retaining clients in the Digital Asset ecosystem.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to inform/refine/validate design conceptsBreak down complex features into distributable engineering tasks and rollout plansUse and contribute to a best-in-class in-house design systemCollaborate on documenting the current frontend codebase to identify the most critical areas of the productOwn meaningful parts of our service, improve performance and address scalability limits

What you bring to the team6+ years in Frontend DevelopmentYou have been designing and engineering UIs for several years preferably in a B2B SaaS industryYou have a strong knowledge of Typescript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and browser API and you’re aware of the latest trends with frontend technologiesYou architect maintainable, efficient, and high-quality code: continuous integration and deployment, API design, component (re)usability and interoperability, code refactoring, documentation, performance, and semantic versioningHave strong experience (and taste) with testing or TDDYou are familiar with bundling tools such as Webpack and esbuildYou have a strong experience with micro frontend architecture - experience in leading or actively participating in a migration from a mono-repo to the micro frontend is a plusPrevious experience with WebSockets is a plusPrevious experience with the Apollo Federation is a plusPrevious experience with AG Grid is a plusYou know how to use design patterns to create simple and reusable components for complex UIsYou are familiar with data structures and algorithms, profiling, and optimizationYou value code simplicity, performance, and detailsExperience working with SCRUM methodologiesFluent in EnglishAt least some interest (Degen also accepted) in the Crypto/DeFi Industry (previous experience is definitely a plus)A plus: hi-chart or D3 library experience, rollup
