Backend Developer (.NET / Azure)

We are expanding our development teams and although we don’t care much about titles, we call this role Software Engineer and the key is having a strong experience in software development in .NET environments, good knowledge in Azure and not afraid to tackle Frontend challenges.

In Plain Concepts, you and all your teammates will be Full Stack Developers, focusing your expertise in different specializations, but with a constant desire to keep learning and help developing all the parts of the software.Our vision is to build multidisciplinary and diverse teams which directly manage by themselves multiple projects in an AGILE way to find and implement the best solutions for our clients 😊

What will you do?

You will develop projects from scratch under minimal supervision and with the collaboration of the rest of your teamYou will participate in the design of architecture and the decision-making process in a constructive environment with co-creation dynamicsYou will participate, review, help and take care of the projects where your teammates are involvedYou will participate in proposals for new projects or trainingsYou will work with scrum methodologyYou will be a key player in the development of the best practices, clean and reusable codeYou will be up to date with the latest tools and technologies in the market

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience working with .NETExperience using AZURE servicesKnowledge in CI/CD application as an essential part of software developmentGood English level (international environment)Good interaction and ability to work with the different teams throughout our global officesPassion for technology and software developmentPrevious experience leading client meetingsConstant drive to learn and ability to learn quickly

What else would we like?

You not only create code from tickets, you take care of the backlog, features and functionalitiesExperience working with any frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue)You have experience of training teams or doing technical interviewsYou have previously worked in a multidisciplinary team with multiple projectsYou like to lead a technical projects through to completion
