Python Odoo Developer (Remote Spain)

Cactus is ready to expand the team with a Python Odoo Developer in its hub in Seville. In this role, you will be vital in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical web applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions, implement robust and scalable solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

What you will do:You will first be immersed in the wonderful world of Odoo. After this intensive training (probably in Belgium) you will start with technical analyzes and development of new functionalities. You realize the best and most qualitative solution for the customer in a top notch ERP environment. You build, maintain and integrate Odoo implementations. You proactively identify possible points for improvement so that the implementations become more and more refined. You work together with your technical colleagues, a Project Manager and Business Consultants. In the company there are +/- 50 Python developers, so you are part of a larger community.

What we expect:You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in applied informatics or related field. You have +2 years of experience in Python development with Odoo.You write structured and efficient code. Object-oriented programming holds no secrets for you. You have strong analytical thinking skills. You have knowledge or experience with collaboration tools such as Git, Buildout, Jira, Confluence,… It is nice if you also have knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) and experience in frontend (Javascript, CSS, HTML). You are a TEAM player.Strong communication skills and proficiency in English is a MUST.
