Responsibilities:Development of high-performance applications, APIs and user interfaces in a cross-functional agile team;Being active in all software development life cycle from planning to maintenance;Working with large-scale, highly available and resilient microservices;Assuring knowledge transfer and mentoring your talented team to help everybody to improve;Being an influencer with a collaborative, proactive attitude, driving innovation within the team;Solving complex problems and prioritizing based on customer impact;Taking ownership of reliability incidents and leading the post-mortem process.

Requirements:Fluent in English (written and spoken);Technical Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent;5+ year experience in web development from backend to frontend;Extensive experience with Laravel, PHP, SQL, REST, json and yaml;Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and Redis;Experience in building software in the AWS ecosystem;Strong team spirit, communication skills, motivation to learn, coach and mentor.
