Job Description:Responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development and maintenance of iOS applications, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Candidate is required to interact with multiple client teams, therefore excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:Lead a team of iOS developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable iOS applications using Objective-C and Swift.Manage the release management process, including versioning, testing, and deployment.Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards.Interact with multiple client teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.Work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of existing applications.Stay up to date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies.Implement Agile methodologies to enhance development processes and efficiency.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as an iOS developer with proficiency in Objective-C and Swift.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with release management and deployment processes.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
