Description

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with experience in the eCommerce industry and skills in Python to join our client’s team in the US on an hourly basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our client’s business, developing and enhancing his marketplace applications, managing eCommerce data effectively, and integrating customizations within his Shopify store. The primary focus will be on leveraging low-code platforms, customizing marketplace libraries, and utilizing Python for efficient data management and automation through AI.

Responsibilities

Customize low-code platforms for marketplace app development.Evaluate the complexity and time constraints to determine whether building a custom full-stack solution is necessary.Collaborate with the team to design, develop, test, and deploy marketplace applications and services.Develop workflows for efficient onboarding and offboarding of inventory, ensuring partners are kept updated.Streamline processes through automation, integrating AI technologies where applicable.Implement solutions for tasks such as product image recognition and data structuring using Python and AI algorithms.Automate pricing updates and other market-related tasks to optimize efficiency.Conduct integrations and customizations as needed within the Shopify store environment.Collaborate with the CEO to understand requirements and implement solutions to enhance the functionality and user experience.Provide technical support and maintenance for existing integrations and customizations.

Qualifications

Key QualificationsProven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with experience working with eCommerce platforms.Proficiency in Python development.Strong understanding of low-code platforms such as Bubble, WeWeb, or Sharetribe.Experience in managing eCommerce data using Python and Airtable, including workflow automation and AI integration.Proficiency in Shopify development, including theme customization, API integrations, and app development.

Nice-to-haveFamiliarity with AI technologies for image recognition and natural language processing.Experience with other eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
