We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer - Apex/LWC - Remote Canada Position

Once You Are Here, You Will:

Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within SalesForce.com platform

Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex and integrations to other third-party solutions.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Responsible for gathering requirements, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutionsincluding writing specifications, design/layout, coding

Build strong relationships across the business with senior stakeholders that may be leveraged to produce better products and solutions. Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsible for developing Apex, JavaScript , LWC, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions

Present your wireframes & prototypes to Internal groups and Senior Leadership for feedback

Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code

Required Skills:

6+ years of experience programming with Force.com (Apex and Visualforce/LWC).

3+ years’ experience with JavaScript (JS) & LWC

1+ years’ experience with Flows.

Experience in Salesforce development using configurations.

Good understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns and best practices

Experience with data model design

Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)

Experience in developer tools such as git and SFDX.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology

Experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & API’s

Salesforce Admin Certification

Desired skills:

Experience in building end-to-end apps using Node.js/Python/Java.

Experience with platforms like Heroku/AWS.

Computer Science / Maths / Engineering degree

Ideal Mindset:

Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations.

Analytical. You like to dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings.

Self-driven. Motivated individual who can efficiently influence delivery in complicated matrix organization.
