Senior Developer - Node

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Node.js applications using Express.js framework. Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems. Utilize either MongoDB or Redis databases to store and manage application data. Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices architecture (nice to have). Explore the potential integration of GraphQL for efficient data querying and manipulation (if applicable). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with technical solutions. Work closely with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines. Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Node.js development.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Node.js development. Proficiency with Express.js framework for building web applications. Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with MongoDB or Redis databases and their integration with Node.js applications. Knowledge of microservices architecture principles and their practical implementation (desirable). Familiarity with GraphQL and its potential applications in API development (desirable). Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices in Node.js development.
