The role involves designing and customizing ServiceNow applications, building automation frameworks, integrating with AWS, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and advanced technical proficiency. Role Responsibilities/Duties:Customize and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.Maintain ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, and business rules to ensure optimal functionality.Develop automation frameworks to streamline repetitive tasks and processes within the ServiceNow platform.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools using REST APIs, web services, and other methods.Develop and implement integration workflows between AWS services and ServiceNow for seamless communication and data exchange.Develop automated test scripts and test suites to validate ServiceNow applications and configurations.Integrate ServiceNow development and testing into CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes.Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow customizations, automation scripts, and workflows.Qualifications:Expertise in various ServiceNow capabilities, including GRC/IRM, Issue Management, Vulnerability Response Management, and ITIL frameworks.Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript for creating custom functionality and enhancements.Experience with Agile development methodology, requirements management, and JIRA or similar RTM platforms.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in plain language.Experience with AWS and ServiceNow integration, including AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and serverless technologies.Competencies:ServiceNow customization and developmentAutomation framework developmentIntegration and orchestrationTesting automation and CI/CDScripting and scripted REST APIsCollaboration and communication
