All technology is built in-house by our team of UK-based full-time developers. We are in the process of developing our first SaaS product, Belong, which will complement our existing portfolio of agency clients.

Responsibilities The Lead Developer is responsible for leading the development team, working alongside the CTO to shape the technical vision.The role involves managing, guiding and mentoring the team of developers as well as writing a large portion of code yourself to ensure successful project delivery.

Day-to-day activities Be accountable for the planning, design and implementation of the technical solution for a project that meets the objectives of the project brief and achieves our target business margins

Lead the team to create realistic release plans, sprint plans and task estimatesLead the development team in building and delivering new software products while adhering to company standardsCommunicate professionally with stakeholders and offer your professional expertise to devise realistic solutionsWork closely with the CTO to understand the company's needs devise realistic solutions and set standard operating processesChampion high standards of software quality by leading the team and conducting regular code reviews and performance testingWrite high-quality code and conduct peer reviews on others' code, ensuring it adheres to our vision and standardsGuide, coach and mentor team membersUnderstand, and help the rest of the development team understand, thewants and needs of stakeholders and users of the project
