Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and provide a high level of user adoption. Key Responsibilities: The Salesforce Developer candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in implementing and Developing solutions with a focus on CRM/Salesforce.com.Develop custom and out of the box solutions using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, LWC, etc.).The Candidate must have excellent Skills and experience in SFDC Configuration/Admin, Apex coding, Lightning Aura component and Lightning Web Components is a big plus.The candidate should preferably have experience implementing integration solutions, including integrating SFDC with ETL products like Informatica.Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in Salesforce.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionalityStay up to date on new Salesforce features and provide recommendations for improvements to the systems.Essential Requirements:Overall, 3+ years of SFDC implementation experience.Minimum of 1-year of experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.Minimum of 1-year experience with Web Application Development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTMLMinimum of 1-year experience with Agile – user stories, features, story points, etc.Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com design, and development best practicesExperience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, continuous deployment, release management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team environmentSFDC PD1/PD2 or JavaScript Developer I certification is desirable.
