All you need is...3 years of professional experience in C# development.2 years of professional experience in Java development.Understanding of processes, threads, relational databases, network protocols, etc.Experience with relational databases, Windows, and Linux.Performance-tuning experience.Participation in open-source projects.Education and Experience.Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
