Position: Full-Stack Developer (Backend)As a Full-Stack Developer at Quil.ai, you will play a pivotal role in developing our AI-driven recruitment platform. You will primarily focus on backend development using Node.js and MongoDB, ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our application. Additionally, experience with Vector Databases and DevOps using Azure is highly desirable for this role.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.Implement security and data protection measures.Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud platform.Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile ceremonies.

RequirementsStrong proficiency in backend development using Node.js and MongoDB.Experience with the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack.Solid understanding of DevOps practices, particularly using Azure services.Proficiency in writing clean, well-documented code.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience working on AI-driven applications or machine learning projects.Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).Knowledge of frontend technologies (React) for occasional contributions to the UI.Experience with agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles.
