ReactJS Developer

Position: React.js DeveloperExperience: 4+years

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement user-friendly and high-performance web applications using React.js.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.3. Lead the technical architecture and design discussions for React.js projects, making critical decisions about technology stack, code structure, and performance optimization.4. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in React.js development, incorporating emerging technologies and methodologies into the development process.6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring excellent performance across various devices and browsers.7. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues promptly and effectively.8. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process by suggesting and implementing process enhancements and tools.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).2. Proven 4+ years of experience in developing web applications using React.js and related technologies.3. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.4. Extensive experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.5. Strong knowledge of modern frontend build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, or Rollup.6. Experience with responsive web design and mobile-friendly development.7. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.8. Demonstrated experience in implementing best practices, design patterns, and software development principles.9. Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.11. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.12. Proven ability to deliver high-quality code on time and within scope.
