Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer Role A Brand Guarde Full Stack Developer is proficient in both frontend and backend coding for the building and ongoing development projects of the Brand Guarde Tech Department. The Developer will design user interactions on websites, develop servers and databases for website functionality and coding for mobile platforms. The developer is in charge of engaging and executing their assigned tasks in a team effort to complete a software development project promptly and successfully. The Full Stack developer is an integral part of the building process from beginning to end. These projects are led by our Solutions Architect.

Technical Requirements

1.Bachelor or technical degree in one of the following areas of specialization Software Engineering; Systems Engineering; Electronics Engineering; Multimedia Engineering, or similar to the above mentioned.

2.At least 1-year experience in Any Javascript or Typescript web development framework or library. Preferably Angular (4+) framework

3.At least 2 year field experience working withAny web development back-end frameworkPreferably Ruby On Rails web-app framework.Linux based systemsGIT version control systemSQL relational databases (POSTGRESQL, mySQL, MSSQL, etc) in production environments.

4.Deep knowledge of Data structures and algorithms Application design patternsDatabase optimization

5. AWS cloud computing platform (optional)

Responsibilities

Implement front-end and back-end features.Work with PostgreSQL databases in: design, implementation, tests, and optimization.Manage projects using an Agile methodology by clearly setting a project task flow: creation, estimation, time projection, and execution. Test software quality by making sure requirements are above par and have been met using RSpec.Optional Perform AWS cloud platform management, maintenance, and monitoring by using the console to deploy new features and update existing ones.Define and implement automated build and deployment processes using CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous deployment) technologies and other DevOps principles.Identify and resolve potential application security vulnerabilities.Improve system scalability.Uphold the BrandGuarde Core.Attend company meetings (virtual and some physical if need be).Be involved in communication with the Tech team as well as Brand Guarde.Engage in creative problem solving and build solutions.Other duties that may arise from time to time assigned from the Solutions Architect to achieve greater results for the company.Report to the Solutions Architect of Brand Guarde.
